PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Security TeleBanker is the bank’s very own phone banking facility. Clients can do
banking transactions via any touch tone telephone system (except for rotary phones).
They can have updates on their accounts and transact using their enrolled CA/SA
accounts by dialling the hotline and entering their Customer Identification Access
Number (CIDAN) and Telephone Access Code (TAC). These unique CIDAN and TAC combinations
assure secure access to the clients’ accounts.

QUALIFIED ACCOUNTHOLDERS

All existing current and savings and prospective CA/SA accountholders are qualified
to enrol in this facility.

|
Joint AND/OR accounts can be enrolled provided that both the accountholders sign
on the e-Banking Enrollment Form and a conforme letter is submitted along with the
enrollment form.
|
|
3.
|
“In Trust For (ITF)”, “By”, closed, dormant, blocked, garnished, joint AND accounts,
SSS, remittance , and direct deposit accounts are not qualified to enroll in the
facility.
