Important:
Starting August 1, 2007, you can refer to the new 2007-2008
Club Rewards catalog in redeeming items with your new and
recomputed points.
ELIGIBILITY:
-
The
Club Rewards Program is open to all active and current
Diners Club Cardholders.
-
Points
accumulated by the Primary and its Supplementary
Cardholders will be credited to the Primary Cardholder’s
account. Only Primary Cardholders can redeem from the Club
Rewards Program.
-
There
is no enrollment required to participate in the Club
Rewards Program. Cards are automatically enrolled in the
program upon card activation.
POINTS
ACCUMULATION:
-
Starting
August 1, 2007, Cardholder will earn one (1) Rewards point
for every P30 eligible transaction charged and billed to
their Card.
-
Transactions
eligible under Club Rewards are straight charges and
monthly amortizations of ChargeLight installment
transactions. Charges not eligible for earning points
include, but are not limited to: annual membership fees,
processing and replacement fees, finance charges, interest
and penalty charges, amounts revolved (unpaid amount from
outstanding balance), outstanding balance, credit
adjustment and other authorized charges, Cash Advance
transactions and fees, PLDT and Meralco payments .

The
Cardholder’s Rewards points balance shall be reflected
in the monthly Statement of Account, updated per statement
cutoff date. Unless reported to SB Cards within thirty
(30) days upon receipt of the Statement of Account, the
Rewards points summary is considered correct.
-
Calculation
and accrual of Club rewards points will automatically
commence. Club Rewards points are EVERGREEN – they do
not have an expiration date.
-
This
Club Rewards catalog is valid from August 1, 2007 to
July 31, 2008 only.
CLAIMING
REWARDS:
-
In
order to redeem Rewards items, the Cardholder’s account
must be active and current (not cancelled or suspended;
with no past due balance) at the time of redemption and
delivery.
-
Cardholder
must completely fill-out the redemption form enclosed in
this catalog. The form can be faxed to SB Cards at (02)
840-2463, (02) 812-1271 or (02) 815-3649 .
REDEMPTION
PROCEDURES:
-
Items
in this catalog (except Airline Miles, Hotel Miles,
Donations and Annual Fees) shall be delivered to the
Cardholder’s billing address, unless indicated in this
catalog that it is for pick up at Automatic Centre
branches.
-
For
the delivery of redeemed items, please allow 3 weeks for
Metro Manila billing addresses and 4 weeks for regional
billing addresses.
-
For
redemptions through pick-up at designated Automatic Centre
branches, a Claim Voucher will be delivered via courier to
the Cardholder 3 weeks from date of submission of the
Redemption Form.
-
Cardholders
must specify in the Redemption Form which Automatic
Centre branch they wish to pick up their item from. If
no choice was indicated, items may be claimed at the
Automatic Centre Market! Market! Branch.
-
Claiming
will only be allowed before the expiry date indicated
in the Claim Voucher
-
To
claim, Cardholders are required to:
-
Surrender
the original copy of the Claim Voucher (provided by SB
CARDS)
-
Present
a valid ID (driver’s licence, SSS ID, company ID
with picture & signature, TIN ID)
-
Present
his Diners Club or Security Bank MasterCard credit
card
If
item/s is/are being claimed by an authorized
representative, the representative is required to:
-
Surrender
the original copy of the Claim Voucher (provided by SB
Cards)
-
Present
a valid ID (driver’s licence, SSS ID, company ID
with picture & signature, TIN ID)
-
Surrender
a photocopy of the Cardholder’s valid ID (driver’s
licence, SSS ID, company ID with picture &
signature, TIN ID) and Diners Club credit card.
-
Any
delivery arrangements upon redemption at the store shall
be settled directly with Automatic Centre.
-
Even
though an item is for redemption at selected Automatic
Centre branches, Cardholders may still request SB Cards
to delivery the item/s to their billing addresses,
provided that any delivery charge incurred shall be
charged to the Cardholder’s account. SB Cards may
approve or reject delivery requests at its sole
discretion.
-
Magazine
subscriptions will be delivered to the Cardholder’s
delivery address FREE of charge for Metro Manila
residences and a P90 fee per delivery (per month) will
be charged to the Cardholder’s account for addresses
outside of Metro Manila.
-
Hotel
Privilege cards and Premium Items will be delivered to
the Cardholder’s preferred delivery address FREE of
charge.
-
For
FREE delivery of gift certificates (GCs), a minimum
redemption of P1,000 worth of GCs is required,
regardless of type. For redemptions less than P1,000,
the Cardholder has the option to choose to:
-
pick
up the GC from SB Cards Makati office at 114 Valero St.,
Salcedo Village, Makati City
-
have
the GC delivered at a delivery fee of 30 Club Rewards
points which will be debited from the Cardholder’s
Rewards points balance or P150.00 to be charged to your
Diners Club card.
-
If
the Cardholder is unavailable to personally receive the
Rewards item (for delivery), an authorization letter and
a valid ID must be presented to the courier delivering
the Rewards item.
-
For
airmiles points, please allow a processing time of 4 to
6 weeks before credits are made to your airline account.
You may contact your respective airline for
confirmation.
-
SB
Cards’ processing of premium items can be allowed up
to 60 days after the end of the promo duration. For
mechanical toys, batteries are not included upon
redemption.
-
Items
printed in the catalog may vary from actual item.
GENERAL
POLICIES:
-
SB
Cards shall inform the Cardholder if the delivery will
take longer than the stated delivery time.
-
SB
Cards shall inform the Cardholder if the company for any
reason cannot deliver the item to the delivery address
stated in the redemption form.
-
All
redemptions may not be cancelled or returned. Exchanges
should be made within forty-eight (48) hours upon receipt
of the item and is subject to certain exclusions, terms
and conditions. Items sent back for exchanges must be in
brand new condition complete with everything (box, manual,
parts, etc.) that accompanied it upon delivery. SB Cards
reserves the right to reject any request for exchanges.
Any cost that may result from exchange requests found to
be invalid shall be shouldered by the Cardholder.

Rewards
points cannot be redeemed for cash and are
non-transferable. Other than its intended use in this
program, Rewards points under the Club Rewards Program
hold no other financial or commercial value.
-
Rewards
items that can be redeemed are limited only to those found
in this Club Rewards catalog.
-
SB
Cards reserves the right, without prior notice, to
terminate the Club Rewards program, de-list any item, or
replace any item and its price in the event that an item
becomes out of stock or outdated.
-
SB
Cards reserves the right to disqualify any Cardholder from
participating in the Club Rewards Program and forfeit any
Rewards points earned by the Cardholder upon delinquency
in payment or upon violation of the terms and conditions
governing the issuance and use of Diners Club Card.
-
All
redemptions from this catalog must be received by SB Cards
on or before July
31, 2008.
