Cardholders 1 Promo period is from October 1, 2007 to February 15, 2008 nationwide. 2.
All new & active-current Diners Club Personal
Cardholders are qualified to join the promotion. 3.
The Cardholder’s account must be in
active-current status at the time of the raffle draw and during the
claim period to qualify for the prize. 4.
Cardholders may only be declared as a weekly winner
once within the promo duration.. In case a Cardholder’s name is drawn
more than once within the draw, the winning transaction with the higher
value shall be awarded. 5.
Employees of SB Cards Corporation, Security Bank
Corporation, agencies, suppliers and third party affiliates who directly
had a hand in the production of the raffle program and their relatives
up to second level of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join
the promotion. Eligible
Transactions 1.
Every P1,000 qualified transaction charged to a
Diners Club in a single receipt earns one (1) computer-generated raffle
number. 2.
Every approved and activated Primary or
Supplementary Card within the promo period shall also earn one (1)
computer-generated raffle number. 3.
Valid transactions are: straight charge
transactions worth at least P1,000; cash advances worth at least P1,000;
non-Philippine peso transactions equivalent to at least P1,000 and
ChargeLight Installment Plan transactions. Non-Philippine peso
transactions will be converted to Philippine Peso by using the
Philippine Dealing System (PDS) closing price of the previous day of the
draw. ChargeLight Installment Plan transactions will be based on
principal amount and not on the monthly amortization. 4.
Invalid transactions are: ChargeLight Installment
monthly amortization, annual fees, processing fees, interest fees and
finance changes, late payment fees and other service fees. 5.
A raffle number will be assigned to every valid
P1,000 qualified transaction via the computer system of SB Cards. 6.
Both Primary and Supplementary Cardholders earn
raffle entries for the Primary Cardholder. Raffle
Draws 1.
There will be a total of twenty (20) weekly winners
and two (2) grand draw winners.. 2.
There will be four (4) Diners Club winners per
month for the months October to November. For December and January, two
(2) Diners Club winners will be declared per month. One (1) Diners Club
Grand winner will be drawn at the end of the promo duration (see raffle
table below with corresponding prizes). 3.
The grand draw shall include all valid raffle
entries made within the promo period. The P1,000,000 shopping credits
grand prize shall be credited to the Cardholder's account in five equal
payments of P200,000 for
five successive months after the Cardholder’s notification. 4.
All draws will be held at the office of SB Cards
Corporation located at 114 Valero Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City
at 5PM. All raffle draws will be made in the presence of a DTI
representative and officials of SB
Cards Corporation. 5.
Cardholder winners will be notified via phone and
registered mail. 6.
To confirm the prize, Metro Manila Cardholder
winners must visit the SB Cards Makati Head Office, while Provincial
Cardholder winners may go to the nearest Security Bank branch to fill up
an updating form and present a valid ID and the registered mail. 7.
Unclaimed prizes from sixty (60) days upon
notification date will be forfeited in favor of SB Cards Corporation
with prior approval from DTI. 8.
Prizes are non-transferable nor convertible to
cash. 9.
SB Cards shall shoulder the 20% withholding tax for
prizes exceeding P10,000. 10.
All decisions pertaining to the raffle promotion
with prior approval by DTI will be deemed final and irrevocable. Raffle Schedule
