What
is new with Club Rewards? |
|

Club Rewards has now made it EASIER and FASTER
for you to earn points. For every P30 you spend on your card (on a
per transaction basis) or every $1 for dual currency cards, you already get
1 Club Rewards point.

When
did the new Club Rewards program take effect? |
|
|
This new program started on August 1, 2007. All
your posted card transactions starting August 1, 2007 will follow the scheme
of P30 spend = 1 point and $1 spend = 1 point convention (for international
transactions of dual currency Cardholders.

What
will happen to my previous Club Rewards points? |
|
|
All Club Rewards points earned prior to August
1, 2007 will be recomputed using the new points conversion scheme. No points
will be deducted or expired.

|
How
were my earned points recomputed for this new program? |
|
|
Your previous rewards points were simply
multiplied by the value 6.67. This amount reflects the change from the
required P200 spend to the new requirement of P30 spend (200 / 30 = 6.67).
This means you will see a significant increase in your previous points.
Ex. Club Rewards points accumulated before August 1, 2007: 100 points
Recomputed Points: 667 (100 x 6.67)

How
are my new points reflected in my Statement of Account? |

Sample Scenario:
- Cardholder cut-off: every 8th of the month
- July 8 ending points balance: 1,000
- Points earned before August 1, 2007: 20
- Points redeemed before August 1, 2007: 500
- Points earned from August 1, 2007 until cut-off: 20
- Points redeemed from August 1, 2007 until cut-off: 100
Your August Statement of Account shall reflect this in the Rewards box: Y

Can I
still consolidate points earned by my (Primary) card and my
Supplementary Cards? |

Yes, you may still combine Primary and
Supplementary card points in redeeming items.

Do
these changes affect my dollar points earned if I carry a dual
currency card? |
|
|
Yes, even Club Rewards points earned by your
dual currency card will be recomputed. Starting August 1, 2007, we will
separate the points earned by transactions in your dollar Statement of
Account from that of your Peso Statement of Account. You may still combine
them, however, in order to redeem items.

What
can I redeem with my recomputed points? |
|
|
You may refer to the Club Rewards catalog found
in this site to see what items you can redeem. The catalog is valid from
August 1, 2007 to July 31, 2008. The required points indicated in the new
catalog will be the basis for redemption.

How
do I redeem items from the new Club Rewards catalog? |
|
|
To redeem, completely fill out the redemption
form found in your new Club Rewards catalog and send to us via:

- mail it to Member Services Division, 2/F
