TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. The Bills Assist program is available to all active and current Diners Club Cardholders.
  2. The Bills Assist program is a payment facility wherein Cardholders’ monthly bills enrolled are settled automatically through their Diners Club Card.
  3. Cardholders may enroll unlimited number of accounts from any participating Bills Assist merchant partner.
  4. For Meralco and PLDT, only residential accounts are allowed for enrollment.
  5. Bills Assist transactions earn Club Rewards points except for Meralco and PLDT transactions.
  6. Upon approval of enrollment, the Cardholder authorizes SB Cards to automatically charge the total amount of the enrolled bill/s to their Diners Club Card.
  7. SB Cards has the absolute authority to decline, reject or cancel any Bills Assist enrollment on grounds such as, but not limited to the following: no available credit limit, overdue balance, outstanding balance with the Bills Assist merchant partner, suspended or past due status or upon Cardholder’s cancellation of his/her enrollment in Bills Assist. In such cases, the Cardholder will not hold SB Cards liable in any event whatsoever for any damage, loss or liability that the Cardholder might suffer directly or indirectly by reason of such declination, rejection or cancellation.
  8. The Cardholder undertakes that SB Cards shall pay the corresponding amount of the bill/s directly or indirectly to the Bills Assist merchant partner. The Cardholder shall only pay directly to the Bills Assist merchant partner, the corresponding amount in case SB Cards rejects Bills Assist transaction due to any reason as stated above.
  9. The Cardholder shall inform SB Cards in writing should the Cardholder decide to cancel any enrollment in the Bills Assist program. Such notification shall be effective only after 15 days from receipt thereof.
  10. The Cardholder may request for the re-enrollment of his/her cancelled Bills Assist account/s only after six (6) months from the date of cancellation for PLDT accounts and three (3) months for other Bills Assist merchant partners.
  11. The Cardholder will automatically earn 500 FREE Club Rewards points for every enrollment in the Bills Assist Program. (subject to change without prior notice).
  12. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of the Diners Club Card are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof.
